MiniScribe Sues Ex-Executives: MiniScribe Corp. has filed a $400-million suit against executives who ran it before bankruptcy, alleging that they conspired to conceal sagging revenues that led to the Boulder, Colo., computer disk-drive company’s collapse. The suit, filed in Boulder District Court, names more than 60 defendants, including former Chief Executive Q. T. Wiles, former President Geral Goodman, the venture capital company of Hambrecht & Quist in San Francisco and the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Most of MiniScribe’s assets were sold to San Jose-based Maxtor Corp. during a court-ordered auction.
