* Stephen R. Tartamella has joined Taylor-Dunn Manufacturing Co. as corporate controller.
He was previously director of finance and administration for A.J. Electronics, a Chatsworth-based subsidiary of Data Design Laboratories.
Earlier, Tartamella was assistant corporate controller for Data Design in Rancho Cucamonga. Anaheim-based Taylor-Dunn manufactures electric-powered vehicles.
