COUNTYWIDE : Foundation, Times Donate $90,500
The Times Mirror Foundation and The Times Orange County Edition have donated $90,500 to local charities and cultural organizations.
Annual support was renewed for the Orange County Performing Arts Center, South Coast Repertory and KOCE-TV Foundation, and unrestricted operating support was granted to the Laguna Art Museum.
The Fullerton Arboretum was granted support for its capital campaign, and the Orange County chapter of the American Red Cross received money for its new telemarketing system for the blood-donor program.
Others receiving contributions included the Pacific Symphony Assn., Cambodian Family Inc., Camp Fire Orange County Council and Laguna Shanti.
The Times Mirror Foundation is a part of the charitable contributions program of the Times Mirror Co.
