European Airlines Dissolve Venture: Belgian state airline Sabena said it was dropping a joint venture with British Airways and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines due to antitrust conflicts with European Community regulations. Sabena said the three airlines had agreed to end the joint venture in which BA and KLM each held a 20% stake. Monday was the deadline for a pullout under the terms of an agreement reached last January.
