Pacoima Man, 18, Dies After Stabbing at Party
A Pacoima man died early Tuesday from a knife wound suffered during a fight at a holiday party, Los Angeles police reported.
Witnesses told police that Pablo Garcia, 18, was stabbed in the upper torso by another guest at a residence in the 11800 block of Chadron Avenue in Pacoima. Police were called to the scene at about 15 minutes after midnight on New Year’s morning by the owner of the house, Santiago Carrillo.
Salomon Aguilar, 32, is being sought by police in the slaying, Officer Keith Green said.
Garcia was taken to Pacifica Hospital of the Valley in Sun Valley where he died one hour later, police said.
