CENTRAL : Orange County 1990/1991 RESOLUTIONS

Khamchong Luangpraseut, supervisor of Indochinese programs for Santa Ana Unified School District.

I will focus on two issues that are very deep in my heart. I hope the year 1991 will provide me with more opportunities to have serious dialogues with all interested parties inside and outside of Laos. I have met with officials and publicly proposed an idea of forming a national development council for Laos. My resolution is to help bring peace and prosperity to Laos as soon as possible. My American agenda is that I hope to be in a better postion to help bring about friendship and meaningful cooperation among the diverse population now living in the United States in the form of instructional curriculum.
