Utilities Commission to Reconsider Case: Southern California Edison Co., a unit of SCEcorp, said the state public utilities commission agreed to reconsider the $48.4-million disallowance it ordered last September in connection with SCE’s power purchases from Kern River Cogeneration Co. Kern River Cogeneration is part-owned by Mission Energy, a non-utility subsidiary of SCEcorp.
