A radical Palestinian group headed by terrorist Abu Nidal issued a statement suggesting it would release a Belgian family captured in 1987 aboard a yacht off the Gaza Strip. The Fatah Revolutionary Council said the release of Emmanuel Houtekins, his wife and their two children would be in response to appeals by Libya’s leader, Col. Moammar Kadafi. The statement was signed by the group’s spokesman in Beirut, Walid Khaled.
