KCET Channel 28, Cable News Network and the Cable-Satellite Public Affairs Network(C-SPAN) will carry today’s U.S. Senate and House of Representatives debates on resolutions authorizing President Bush to use force to oust Iraqi troops from Kuwait.

KCET’s coverage is scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and will alternate between the two houses. C-SPAN II opens its Senate coverage at 7 a.m., with C-SPAN televising the House session from 9 a.m.

Both houses have non-Gulf-related business scheduled for the start of the session, and there is no set time for a start to the debates on the resolutions authorizing the use of force. C-SPAN and C-SPAN II will also replay the coverage at 5 p.m.
