Aziz Briefs Hussein

BAGHDAD, Iraq —
Foreign Minister Tarik Aziz on Thursday briefed President Saddam Hussein and the ruling Revolutionary Command Council on his talks with Secretary of State James A. Baker III, the Iraqi News Agency reported.
The agency said the briefing covered “the American intransigence on the situation in the gulf” but gave no other details .
