COLUMBUS, Ohio —
Former U.S. Rep. Donald E. (Buz) Lukens (R-Ohio) was released from jail Friday after serving nine days of a 30-day sentence for having sex with a teen-ager.
The judge who sentenced Lukens agreed to release him so he could receive counseling. He was to go to a Washington, D.C., clinic for sex offenders.
Lukens did not comment as he left the Franklin County jail.
