Bush and the Economy

Share

If Bush wants to know about the economy of the country, he should not consult his economists. He should make a survey of pawnbrokers in towns of 25,000 and larger. There he will get a good cross section of people who will tell him that it is more than a recession, it is a depression. But he wouldn’t believe it anyway. He only believes in what his staff says.
