Are There Other ‘Sweetheart’ Deals in San Juan Capistrano?
As a resident and taxpayer of quiet, little San Juan Capistrano, it is hard to believe the mayor and the City Council of San Juan Capistrano were so naive and charitable and lovable as to arrange a sweetheart loan deal with the city manager, Stephen B. Julian.
Since I feel the city of San Juan Capistrano has been swindled, now is the time to find out what other deals of “charity” have been arranged by our lovable and generous city fathers.
This may be only the tip of the iceberg.
