Angry demonstrations against U.S. involvement have rocked Pakistan’s cities for several days. But in BANGLADESH, INDONESIA and MALAYSIA, fundamentalist religious groups have stayed largely neutral and governments have kept the lid on pro-Iraqi demonstrations.
