Vitti is an original member of the Newport Beach bank’s board. He is co-chairman of Manchester Development, the real estate development arm of Fidelity National Financial Inc., an Irvine-based title insurance holding company.
The board positions will remain vacant for now, said Clyde Gossert, the bank’s chairman.
