AT&T; to Acquire NCR Shareholder List: A federal judge in Manhattan ruled that NCR Corp. must release its shareholder list to American Telephone & Telegraph Co. as part of the phone company’s $6.1-billion attempt to acquire the computer maker. The judge found in favor of AT&T; and two NCR stockholders who had filed a lawsuit seeking access to the list. AT&T; said it will use the list to lobby shareholders to accept its offer of $90 a share, which NCR has rejected as “grossly inadequate.”
