HANDMADE : Love Letters

Share

TWO WOMEN Boxing produces unique handmade Love Letters worthy of even Cyrano de Bergerac’s signature. These Love Letters ($10) are crafted using various types of Japanese papers, and each is a romantically inspired individual piece of art. The front cover’s themed collage is created from a diverse assortment of images reproduced from antiquated dictionaries and old magazines. Styles range from primitive and folk art to Victorian engravings of floral, botanical, food and bird motifs. Sending a Love Letter shouldn’t be limited to Feb. 14th; the lovely notes are appropriate throughout the year as invitations, baby announcements and thank-yous.

Two Women Boxing Love Letters are available at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Bookstore, 250 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles; (213) 621-1710.
