A NATION OF KNOW-NOTHINGS
We had better begin thinking about what is going on inside the borders of the Los Angeles area. How many Angelenos could tell you where Boyle Heights, Monterey Park or Baldwin Hills are on a map? How many Angelenos would recognize and acknowledge various cultural differences or ancient or recent history within our own borders? Based on population figure projections for the 21st Century, Angelenos had better begin learning Spanish or Japanese in order to compete in the business world.
