Pillsbury to Sell Four Flour Mills: Minneapolis-based Pillsbury Co., part of Grand Metropolitan PLC, said it has reached a definitive agreement to sell the flour mills to Cargill Inc. for about $100 million. The mills are in Los Angeles; Ogden, Utah; Lake City, Minn., and Springfield, Ill. The proposed sale, which excludes any Pillsbury brand names and trade names, is subject to legal and regulatory approval.
