DOCK OF THE BAY: Who says Orange County real estate prices are flagging? Word that the Leroy Carver home on Harbor Island has sold for a record $13.8 million (D1) may send most pulses racing, but it draws a yawn from Ann Peters. The Grubb & Ellis realtor, whose office mate handled the Carver sale, has listed the house next door, at 19 Harbor Island, for $14.75 million. . . . Is any house worth that? “Where else can you get rolling lawns right on the bay?” Peters asks.
