Gary T. Nance has been appointed vice president of Executive Horizons Inc., an outplacement firm in Irvine. He will be responsible for marketing the company’s outplacement services, relocation assistance and early retirement programs. Nance was previously regional sales manager for General Medical Corp., Los Angeles.
