New Twist in NCR-AT&T; Case: A federal court stayed an order that requires NCR Corp. to turn over a list of its stockholders to American Telephone & Telegraph Co. as part of the phone company’s $6.1-billion bid for NCR. The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan stayed the order until it holds a hearing on the issue Tuesday, NCR spokesman Mark Feighery said from the computer company’s Dayton, Ohio, headquarters.
