Revenue rose 16%, to $9.4 million from $8.1 million. Net income for the fourth quarter declined 15%, to $235,073 from $276,809 for the year-earlier period. Fourth quarter revenue remained at $2.3 million. Assets as of Dec. 31 totaled $73.3 million, up 3% from $71.5 million at the end of 1989.
