Belcor Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of plastic bags and fabricated metal parts reported net income of $1.3 million for its fiscal year ended Oct. 31, up 18% from $1.1 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 6% to $28.1 million from $26.5 million.
