Taco Bell’s Agency: It took 18 months of work to prove themselves, but at last Paine & Associates of Costa Mesa can proclaim that it is the official public relations “agency of record” for the lucrative Taco Bell account.
Formed in 1986, Paine & Associates claims to have the second-largest staff among all Orange County public relations agencies and the 23rd largest in Southern California. The agency was founded by David Paine. Its other accounts include Consolidated Freightways Inc. of Menlo Park, the city of Irvine and Advanced Interventional Systems Inc. of Irvine.
