The City Council in Medford, Mass., is urging Congress to make war DEMONSTRATORS FORFEIT STUDENT LOANS, WELFARE PAYMENTS or other government money if they break the law. The resolution came after protesters blocked traffic in Boston and tried to obstruct operations at a nearby air base, said its author. But one counselor countered: “There are already laws to deal with such violations.”
