Autoplex Sold: A partnership sold the Huntington Beach Autoplex for $5.8 million to Basil Nichols of Los Angeles. The retail center is 86% leased.
Among the tenants are an El Pollo Loco fast-food restaurant, a 4-Day Tire Store, a Meineke Muffler Shop and other automotive stores.
At 23,406 square feet, the center sold for $247 a square foot, according to Irvine brokerage Sperry Van Ness, which represented the seller.
