Sold!: And in a Lake Tahoe celebrity auction of a “Dances With Wolves” package, which included the film’s original script with director Kevin Costner’s notes as well as a 3-foot-long peace pipe used in the tepee scenes, went to the highest bidder for $6,000. The auction was part of the Plymouth Celebrity Ski Classic weekend in Tahoe and raised more than $60,000 for the Starlight Foundation.
