Mile-Long Peace Scroll to Be Unveiled
A mile-long “Teach Love, Not War” peace scroll will be initiated by the Alliance for Survival at a noon ceremony Thursday on the front steps of the Federal Building in West Los Angeles.
The scroll then will be made available at locations throughout the Southland for signing until Earth Day, April 22, when it will be presented to the United Nations in New York. Information: (213) 399-1000.
