MICKEY SUR LA MER: Long Beach says the Walt Disney Co. hasn’t forgotten the city, despite this week’s disclosures that the company is gobbling up land in Anaheim. . . . Top Long Beach officials still think that their town can be the site of a new $2-billion Disney theme park by the Queen Mary. City staff members were “meeting with Disney officials even as I speak,” the city manager said Wednesday. One insider says buying the land near Disneyland “doesn’t mean they won’t do the Long Beach project.” The Anaheim land could become “a parking lot, a resort or a lake, it doesn’t matter.”
