San Marino : Project Fees Increased
Finishing its current round of fee hikes, the City Council has significantly raised filing fees for new construction projects and for requests to deviate from the City Code.
Since 1978, such fees had been $200, but now will range from $300 to $750, depending on the type and size of project.
The council approved the increase by a 3-1 vote Wednesday. Councilman W. Michael Johnson opposed the measure.
The rate increases took effect Thursday.
