Logicon Completes Ultrasystems Acquisition: Logicon Inc., a Los Angeles defense contractor, said Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of a portion of Hadson Corp’s Ultrasystems Defense unit in Irvine for an undisclosed sum. The engineering defense unit will become an Irvine-based subsidiary of Logicon and will be operated as an independent operation to be called Logicon Ultrasystems Inc., according to the company.
