1,200 Vietnamese From Iraq Going Home

HANOI —
More than 1,200 Vietnamese workers who had been stranded in Iraq are flying home this week, Hanoi officials said Thursday. They are among the last 1,800 Vietnamese of the 16,300 in Iraq when the Gulf crisis began. They have left Iraq for Iran.
