Creditors Committee Picks Law Firm: The unsecured creditors committee representing bondholders and suppliers owed money by Carter Hawley Hale Stores has chosen the Los Angeles-based law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as its counsel. Gibson, Dunn partners Ronald S. Orr and Bennett Silverman will be in charge of the committee’s legal work. Also, the committee named as its chairman Joseph A. Iannuzzo, vice president of finance and administration for the cosmetics firm Estee Lauder.
