SCEcorp, Los Angeles, has appointed Victor A. Perry, 37, now special assistant to the publisher of the Los Angeles Times, to the new position of vice president with responsibility for planning and development for the utility holding company and its subsidiaries, effective March 18. The company has also named Alan J. Fohrer vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer of SCE and its Southern California Edison subsidiary. Fohrer, 40, now Edison’s assistant treasurer, succeeds Michael L. Noel, 49, who has been elected senior vice president of Edison. Noel succeeds Larry T. Papay, who resigned to pursue other interests. Also appointed was Vikran S. Budhraja, 43, now Edison’s manager of electric system planning, to the position of vice president of Edison for system planning and fuel supply. He succeeds Kenneth L. Baskin, who resigned to pursue other interests.
