American International Group Inc.: The international insurer said its fourth-quarter income jumped 9.7% from a year ago to $382 million on revenue of $4.3 billion, up 16.9%. Annual earnings rose 5.5% to $1.44 billion on sales of $15.7 billion, up 11%. The company said its general insurance and life insurance sales were particularly strong, as were results at its aircraft leasing unit, International Lease Finance Corp.
