Walters’ Coup: Barbara Walters will be the first journalist to interview Margaret Thatcher since the former British prime minister left office. Walters will conduct the interview with Thatcher, who will be in Washington to visit President Bush, later this week. It will be Walters’ third chat with Thatcher; the other interviews took place in June, 1983, and March, 1987. The latest talk will air on ABC’s “20/20” on Friday at 10 p.m.
