Rain rain, come and stay, so we can play another day (instead of counting our water, ration by ration). As our thirst for rain grows, a curious fashion note emerges: Umbrellas are left by the wayside.

Under this infrequent moist blessing from above, why lessen its impact on the grateful bod?
