$525,000 Fine in Toxic Dumping: A federal judge has fined Garden Grove-based Laminating Co. of America $525,000 for improper disposal of toxics. The company had pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy and 23 counts of illegal transportation and disposal of hazardous waste.
