California IN BRIEF : SANTA CRUZ : Couple Charged in Attack on Family

A couple has been charged with holding a 42-year-old Texas woman at gunpoint and threatening to kill her family while they sexually assaulted her in their home. William Cramer, 40, was being held in Santa Cruz County Jail with bail set at $250,000. His girlfriend, Priscilla Bastine, 35, was released on her own recognizance. The pair were charged with rape, sodomy, oral copulation, rape in concert and rape with a foreign object.
