Libya Says U.S. Oil Firms Welcome to Return: Libyan Oil Minister Abdullah al Badri said his government has not sold the stakes of five U.S. oil companies in Libyan oil operations and the companies are welcome to return at any time. The Libyan oil minister was interviewed by the Nicosia, Cyprus-based Middle East Economic Survey on recent reports that the holdings of five U.S. companies in Libya had been sold to a third party.
