Stephen R. Cousins, former vice president operations of KIMCO Restaurant Group, San Francisco, has been appointed president of Racke USA, Sonoma, parent of Bueno Vista Winery and other wineries. He succeeds Marcus Moller-Racke, who becomes chairman of Racke USA. Ed Schrufer, formerly vice president of sales and marketing for Kendall-Jackson, has been named executive vice president of sales and marketing for Racke.
