Two-Year Note Yields Rise: Yields on two-year Treasury notes rose in auction to the highest level since December. The average yield was 7.15%, up from 6.87% at the last auction Feb. 20. It was the highest rate since two-year notes averaged 7.32% on Dec. 26. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 7.125%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,995.40. A total of $11.53 billion in notes was sold out of bids totaling $29.56 billion.
