Caterer to Expand: One of the oldest catering companies in Los Angeles is about to open its second location in Orange County. Ritz-Regency Catering, founded more than 50 years ago, is opening an Anaheim store to complement its branch office in La Habra. The company is banking that its established name and reputation will allow it to blossom where some smaller caterers have failed.
