Does the law require the AIDS test for men accused of rape, or only for the convicted prostitutes referred to in Philip Hager’s article “State Justices Uphold AIDS Test Law” (March 15)? This might be yet another male bias that should be explored by the feminist legal scholars cited in Pristin’s article.
