Imcera Moves to Sell Stake in IMC Fertilizer

Imcera Group Inc. took two more steps toward its planned disposition of its holdingsof its holdings in IMC Fertilizer Group Inc. It agreed to sell 5 million IMC Fertilizershares to IMC Fertilizer for $206.25 million, thus reducing its holdings of IMC Fertilizercommon stock to about 23% of the total outstanding.
