Jack in the Box Goes Green: Following other fast-food chains, Foodmaker, operator of 1,040 Jack in the Box and Chi Chi’s restaurants in 15 states, said it is taking a series of environmental measures to cut waste by 15% by 1994 and to reduce energy and paper consumption.
