George R. Fritzinger, 53, a broadcast entrepreneur who at one point was part owner or president of 12 radio and TV stations around the country, including KFAC AM-FM radio in Los Angeles. He was chief executive officer of National Media Ventures Inc., which owns station KAZN in Pasadena and two stations in Fresno. He was chairman of U.S. Cellular Co. Ltd. Partnership, owner of Cellular Systems. He was a director of Queen of Angels-Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Pepperdine University and Paulist Productions. On March 30 in Los Angeles of a heart attack.
