Berton Bradley and Jacob Lipa have been elected principals of Psomas & Associates, Santa Monica. Bradley is corporate director of Psomas’ land planning services group, and Lipa is corporate director of land development engineering service group. Psomas has also promoted three people to vice president: Brian Maridon in the land planning group, Gregory Hindson in the construction survey group and David Gay in the governmental relations group.
