Education Can Save Children’s Lives

Concerning the letter from Louise Kocienski, RN (April 11), with regard to mandated sex-AIDS education in Catholic elementary schools: Yes, Ms. Kocienski, it is a sad day indeed when parents feel they must protect their children from education that may eventually save their lives. Better the “graphic detail” today than contamination tomorrow by a “dirt” that science has not yet learned how to cleanse.
